At Ardens Beauty Collective Inc. (“Ardens Beauty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Beauty and personal care products require strict hygiene and safety standards, and we apply these standards thoughtfully while always aiming to be fair, reasonable, and supportive.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a clear and transparent way.
By placing an order on www.ardens.ca, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy Overview (Beauty-Specific)
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, most beauty and personal care products cannot be resold once opened.
That said, if something doesn’t go as expected with your order, we’re here to help and will always review your concern fairly and reasonably.
Please note:
- Opened, used, tested, or tampered products are generally not eligible for return or refund
- Products with broken safety seals, missing packaging, or visible use cannot be accepted
These standards reflect common industry practices for cosmetics and personal care products in Canada.
2. First-Time Customer Promise
If this is your first purchase with Ardens Beauty and you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of delivery.
While we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, we’re happy to review first-time customer concerns on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, offer a resolution such as store credit or replacement.
This promise is intended to help new customers shop with confidence while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
3. Eligible Returns (Unopened Products Only)
We may accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (wrong item sent)
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorization.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care products
- Products with removed or damaged safety seals
- Sale items, clearance items, and promotional items
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or samples
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ardens.ca with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- Replacement (subject to availability)
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)
6. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Every skin type is unique. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use.
While we truly understand that reactions can happen, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used due to:
- Allergic reactions
- Skin sensitivities
- Personal preference after use

7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Free shipping promotions or loyalty benefits have no cash value and are not refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ardens Beauty is not responsible for lost return shipments.
8. Refunds & Store Credit
Where a return or claim is approved:
- Store credit may be offered as the primary resolution, where permitted by law, as it allows us to continue offering authentic products at competitive prices.
- Approved refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Loyalty Points & Rewards
- Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your Ardens Rewards balance.
- Reward points used toward a purchase are not refundable as cash.
- In the event of an approved return, redeemed reward points may be re-credited to your account.
- Free gifts received as part of a promotion or reward are non-refundable and must be returned if the qualifying purchase is refunded.

9. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders that have earned or redeemed loyalty points may have points adjusted if cancelled prior to shipment.
10. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention
To protect all customers and maintain fair pricing, we reserve the right to refuse returns, credits, or refunds in cases of:
- Excessive or repeated return requests
- Policy misuse or abuse
- Suspected fraud or reselling activity
